The day began at the Cam Thanh Eco-Village, where we embarked on an unforgettable ride aboard the famous round-basket boats. Navigating the waterways of the Bay Mau coconut forest, we were immersed in the natural beauty that defines this region.
A short drive later, we found ourselves in the organic Tra Que Herb & Vegetable village. Witnessing local farmers tending to their smallholdings offered a glimpse into the traditional agricultural practices that have sustained this community for generations. The connection to the land and the dedication of the farmers added a meaningful layer to our exploration.
Next on our itinerary was Hội An’s Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site that captivated us with its rich history and charming architecture. We wandered through the narrow streets, exploring notable landmarks such as the Quan Cong Temple, the Fujian (Phúc Kiến) Assembly Hall, and the historic Tan Ky House, which has been home to seven generations of the same family.

Our taste buds took a more adventurous turn when we sampled an embryo egg, surprisingly finding it not as daunting as expected.
